DEMOB HAPPY— 24/04/26
Demob Happy kicked off Friday night in North London with SERIOUS volume. Performing at The Garage on tour with new album, ‘The Grown-Ups Are Talking’, fans were treated to a mix of the old and the new. Matthew Marcantonio’s gesturing silhouettes drew the eye, with the frontman frequently meeting bandmate Adam Godfrey in the centre of the stage, and drawing from the driving force of drummer Thomas Armstrong.

Packed with strobe lights, classic rock riffs, and effectively minimal fits, Demob’s set saw the crowd raising plastic pints and invited into the party spirit, especially after a super-suave performance of ‘Who Should I Say Is Calling?’ The band were supported by Francis Pig and Father Hell, and continue their tour into the north of the UK and Ireland from next week.
